Participant Age & Eligibility

• Children aged 12 years and above are allowed to ride an ATV solo (single ride).

• Children aged 5 to 11 years old are only allowed to participate as passengers (tandem ride).

• Adults over 60 years old are not permitted to join the ATV ride due to safety considerations.

• Insurance coverage does not apply to children under 12 years old.

Health Requirements

• The activity is not recommended for participants with back problems.

• The activity is not suitable for pregnant women.

• The activity is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions or other serious medical issues.

Payment Policy

• No deposit is required; payment is to be made upon the start of the tour.

• Payments are accepted in USD, Indonesian Rupiah, or other currencies, based on the latest exchange rates.

Scheduling & Flexibility

• Tour times are flexible and may be adjusted upon request, subject to availability
